The British Drilling Association (BDA) is pleased to welcome ten new members that have joined the Association in the last few months. The new members include: 521 STRE (WD); Ace Drilling Services; ANTS Drilling Services; Causeway Geotech limited; Danbar; Elliott Ground Source Drilling Services Ltd; Euro Repair UK; Forester Drilling; Genesis Risk Solutions Limited; and Mincon International UK Ltd.
The addition of these new companies to the Association widens the BDA's membership considerably and enhances one of its primary aims of being able to fully represent the drilling industry in all areas.
Speaking about the new members, Anne Baxter, Chair of the BDA, said: "It is always great to welcome new members, but to announce ten additions is a tremendous boost to the Association. The variety of skills these companies bring will greatly enhance the BDA's knowledge base, as well as allowing it to better represent the drilling industry, both within the sector and at a more strategic level as a specialist contractor in construction. As the BDA drives forward standards, innovation and critical issues such as best practice and health & safety, new member input will be invaluable.
Membership of the BDA is open to enterprises such as companies, partnerships and sole traders etc., contractors that have proof their drilling operatives either have, or are registered to take, NVQ Land Drilling, Level 2, non-contracting suppliers and consultants.
