The BDA Supports Women in Engineering Day 2019

March 26, 2019

The British Drilling Association (BDA) is keen to lend its support to this year’s International Women in Engineering Day (INWED), which is being held 23rd June 2019.

In support of the campaign, the BDA would like to profile women working within its own sector across social media and on the BDA’s own website. Specifically, the BDA would like to hear from women employed within a civil engineering type role, such as a designer, estimator project manager, BIM or surveyor and ideally hold a civil engineering or construction qualification.

INWED is an international awareness campaign held to raise the profile of women in engineering and focuses attention on the career opportunities available to women in the engineering side of the construction industry.  To find out more visit –  http://www.inwed.org.uk/

If you are or know of any women within your organisation who would like to be involved in the campaign, please send a photograph of yourself, or get them to send one through, ideally on-site (approved for use across various media outlets print and on-line) together with your full name, job title and a brief description responsibilities. Please send these details to Debbie Darling – debbie@joocemarketing.co.uk
