Sponsorship Opportunities Available for the BDA Conference 2026

May 13, 2026

The British Drilling Association (BDA) is pleased to announce that sponsorship opportunities are now available for the BDA Conference 2026, “Drilling Horizons 2026 and Beyond”, taking place on 21 October, at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), London.

Bringing together drilling professionals, BDA members and industry stakeholders from across the sector, the conference will provide a valuable platform for discussion, knowledge sharing and networking, with a programme focused on some of the key issues shaping the future of drilling.

The event will include presentations linked to training and education, sustainability, technical and standards matters, as well as a dedicated health and safety panel discussion exploring one of the sector’s most important ongoing challenges, recurring safety incidents and how the industry can work together to break the cycle.

With arrival refreshments, lunch and extended networking opportunities, the BDA Conference offers sponsors a valuable opportunity to raise their profile, support industry dialogue and engage directly with a specialist audience from across the drilling, ground investigation and wider geotechnical sectors.

Sponsorship packages are available at a variety of levels, each offering a strong platform to promote your brand before, during and after the event. All packages are subject to availability, so early booking is recommended.

Sponsorship packages:

  • Headline Sponsor – £1,500 + VAT (one package only)
  • Gold Sponsor £800 + VAT (one package only)
  • Associate Sponsor – £500 + VAT (five packages available)

Packages are subject to availability.

Information on exhibition spaces will be released shortly, but organisations interested in exhibiting are welcome to register their interest now – joel@britishdrillingassociation.co.uk – and will be contacted when further details become available.
